Ghormeh Sabzi


Red kidney beans and chunks of beef slow cooked in this classic stew featuring seven herbs and the intoxication aroma of dry lemon. Served with saffron infused rice.

Bademjoon Stew


A Persian favourite. Eggplant, garlic, and tomato-based stew with chunks of slow cooked beef. Served with saffron infused rice.

This curry-like potato and lentil stew is terra-cotta in colour with the gentle warmth of spices, tomato, and tamarind. Served with saffron infused rice.

Lamb Shank with Baghali Polo

Abgoosht (Dizi)


A popular highlight of Persian cuisine this stew is served in a traditional brass pot. Chunks of slow cooked lamb, chickpeas, white beans, onion, potatoes & tomatoes make up the bulk of this hearty meal.

Loobiah Polo
